TINDUR creates tea blends with a new Nordic approach. The teas reflect specific Nordic landscapes like the vulcanic landscape of Iceland and the North Atlantic of the Faroe Islands etc. The ingredients, of which many are of wild origin, are e.g. blue- and lingonberries, seaweed, angelica, arctic thyme, sea bucktorn, rhubarb, heather and lemon verbena. The fragrant flavours from Nordic herbs and berries complement in a refined way the malty, grassy and floral notes of the pure teas. They are nicely balanced between slightly acidic, sweet and umami flavours as well as light bitterness.
